Description

The PMTC self-tipping skip is a specialised forklift container designed specifically for the timber and sawmill industry. Dual discharge system

For maximum convenience and operational efficiency, the PMTC skip is equipped with two independent discharge systems:

1. Pressure plate (contactless discharge): A mechanism located at the front allows for the automatic release of the lock when the container is pressed against the edge of a large collection skip. The operator does not need to leave the forklift.

2. Lever (manual operation): A lever located at the rear allows for the manual release of the tilt at any time.

Safety as standard

Working with heavy and long elements requires special precautions. Therefore, the PMTC container features a lock to prevent accidental tilting during transport and a special safety stop (chain/lock) that protects the tank from sliding off the forklift forks during sudden braking or manoeuvres. The entire unit is protected against corrosion with primers and topcoats, guaranteeing a long service life even when stored outdoors.
