Leak-proof integrity and reinforced construction

The skip’s construction has been adapted for extreme loads. The hopper is made of 3mm steel plate, and the base is reinforced with 5mm thick steel. The use of double-sided welding ensures 100% leak-proof integrity, allowing for the safe storage of swarf with high amounts of coolant, sludges, or oily waste without the risk of leakage. The top edge features a solid peripheral reinforcement, guaranteeing shape stability even when fully loaded with heavy scrap.

Ergonomics and corrosion resistance

The discharge system is based on a lever located on the rear wall, equipped with a safety lock that protects against uncontrolled tilting of the skip during transport. The container’s surface is covered with a paint system (primer + polyurethane), which provides anti-corrosion protection and creates a smooth structure. This facilitates the sliding of the contents during emptying and quick cleaning of the interior.
