To increase load resistance, the base is manufactured from steel sheet with a thickness ranging from 2 to 2.5 mm. This solution guarantees resistance to deformation and mechanical damage, as well as a long, trouble-free service life.
Mobility and corrosion protection
The tray is equipped with structural feet that allow safe transport using manual pallet trucks and forklift trucks. They also provide sufficient clearance from the floor, facilitating easy handling of the tray within warehouse spaces. The entire surface of the tray – both internal and external – is coated with a polyurethane paint, which serves as effective corrosion protection and shields the steel from moisture and aggressive chemical substances.
