Description
The PMA spill containment tray with dimensions 800 × 500 × 290 mm is a precisely manufactured protective container designed for the safe storage of smaller vessels containing liquid substances. Its primary function is to create a tight barrier between stored chemicals and the surrounding environment. In the event of an emergency leak, container rupture, or mechanical damage, the entire escaping liquid is retained inside the tray, preventing floor contamination and environmental degradation in the workplace.
Technical parameters and robust construction
The offered spill containment tray is characterized by high durability suitable for industrial requirements. The containment body is formed from steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm, ensuring adequate rigidity and full tightness. For increased load resistance, the base of the tray is made of steel sheet with a thickness ranging from 2 to 2.5 mm. Thanks to this construction, the tray is resistant to deformation and mechanical damage, guaranteeing a long service life even under intensive use.
Mobility and corrosion protection
The designers of the PMA model focused on logistical functionality by equipping the base with special feet. These provide sufficient clearance from the floor and allow easy handling and transport using standard forklift trucks and manual pallet trucks. As a result, the spill containment tray can be freely moved within the warehouse. The entire internal and external surface is coated with a polyurethane paint, which provides effective corrosion protection and shields the steel from moisture and aggressive chemical agents.
