Robust construction of the spill containment tray
The presented spill containment tray features an exceptionally strong structure, designed for operation in demanding industrial conditions. The containment section (tray) is made of 2 mm thick steel sheet, ensuring high tightness and resistance to impact. The base of the container is additionally reinforced with steel sheet of 2 to 2.5 mm thickness, providing stability even under heavy loads. The working platform consists of a durable galvanized grating that is fully removable. This practical solution allows quick and easy cleaning of the tray interior in the event of a spill.
Mobility and corrosion protection
The PMB 200 model has been designed with ease of internal warehouse logistics in mind. The base structure is equipped with special feet that provide sufficient ground clearance. As a result, the spill containment tray is fully compatible with standard forklift trucks and manual pallet trucks and can be conveniently transported to any location within the facility, even when loaded. The entire product is protected with a high-quality polyurethane coating, which provides effective corrosion resistance. This coating protects the steel from moisture and aggressive chemical substances, ensuring a long service life.
