The body of the tray is made of durable steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm, while the base is additionally reinforced with steel sheet ranging from 2 to 2.5 mm in thickness, providing overall structural stability. The working platform consists of a solid galvanized grating designed to withstand high loads. The grating is fully removable, which greatly facilitates operation by allowing quick access to the interior of the tray for inspection or removal of collected liquid.

Functionality and corrosion protection

The PMC single model has been designed with maximum ergonomics and mobility in mind. Special feet integrated into the base allow easy transport of the tray using standard forklift trucks and manual pallet trucks. This makes it simple to move the spill containment tray within a warehouse or production hall. The entire surface of the product is coated with a high-quality polyurethane paint, which forms a tight protective barrier and effectively protects the steel against corrosion, moisture, and the harmful effects of chemicals.
