Description

The PML 1200 telehandler container is a high-volume 1,200-litre attachment, dedicated to intensive work with bulk materials and waste. Designed for use with heavy machinery equipped with fork rotators or telescopic booms, it is the ideal solution for the construction, agricultural, and recycling industries.

Full control at 90° rotation

The PML 1200 model was created with safety in mind when manoeuvring heavy loads. The key feature is the integrated fork lock, which permanently secures the attachment to the machine’s carriage. This prevents the container from accidentally sliding off during transport and, above all, enables safe execution of a 90-degree rotation. As a result, the operator can completely empty the tank of material (soil, grain, rubble) without the risk of the container falling from the forks.

Durability for 1,200 litres

To withstand the loads generated by a 1.2 m³ capacity, the construction has been appropriately reinforced. The upper part of the bin is made of 3 mm thick steel plate, while the base – the most heavily stressed element – is made of 4 mm plate. This combination guarantees the rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage necessary in the harsh conditions of a construction site or farm.

Maximum logistical flexibility

The PML 1200 is a “special task” container that can be transported in several ways:

1. Loader/Forklift with rotator: Main pockets with a lock for rotational system work.

2. Side transport: Additional side pockets in the base allow the wide tank to be lifted in narrower passages.

3. Crane/Hoist: Robust sling points in the upper section enable vertical transport.

4. Mobility: Feet adapted for wheel mounting and a rear handle allow it to be transformed into a mobile transport trolley.

The entire unit is coated with polyurethane paint with a smooth structure, which facilitates cleaning and protects the steel against corrosion.
