Description
The PML 500 telehandler container is a specialised 500-litre attachment designed for machines equipped with fork rotators or telescopic booms. It is a dedicated solution for construction, agriculture, and heavy industry, where discharge occurs via the rotation of the machine’s attachment rather than a mechanism within the container itself.
Full rotation and safety: Fork lock system
The key feature of the PML model is safety during high-altitude manoeuvres. The container is equipped with a robust lock that secures the forks within the pockets. This solution eliminates the risk of the tank shifting during transport and, most importantly, prevents it from sliding off the forks during rotation. This allows the operator to safely tilt the container at a 90-degree angle, guaranteeing total gravity discharge of the contents without any material remaining at the bottom.
Armoured construction: 3 mm and 4 mm
The PML 500 was built to work with heavy materials such as rubble, soil, scrap, or grain. The upper section is made of 3 mm thick steel plate, while the base – exposed to the highest friction and loads – is made of 4 mm plate. This construction ensures a long service life even with intensive use in difficult terrain conditions.
Versatile logistics: 4 transport methods
This model offers unprecedented flexibility in load handling:

Loader/Forklift (front): Standard pockets with a lock for work with a rotator.

Forklift (side): Additional side pockets allow for lifting and repositioning the tank in tight spaces (without rotation function).

Crane/Hoist: Upper sling points allow for suspended transport.

Mobility/Manual: The base features feet adapted for wheel mounting, and there is a handle on the rear wall for easy manual manoeuvring of the empty or mobile container.
The entire unit is protected by anti-corrosion paints (primer + polyurethane) with a smooth structure, making it easy to keep clean.
