The TK 2500 is the largest and most capacious self-tipping skip in the TK series, specifically engineered for handling massive volumes of waste and materials in heavy industry. This specialised forklift attachment significantly reduces waste logistics time by providing a colossal loading space.

For containers of this magnitude, structural integrity is an absolute priority. The TK 2500 is built to safely handle immense loads:

• Reinforced Base (4mm): The foundation of the skip is manufactured from thick 4mm steel plate, ensuring stability and resistance to floor deformation even when fully loaded with heavy goods.

• Robust Hopper (3mm): The container walls (3mm steel) are supported by a system of strategically placed reinforcements, guaranteeing a long service life even under intensive use in sawmills, steelworks, or scrap yards.

Dual Discharge System (Safety & Convenience)

Emptying such a large hopper requires controlled precision. The TK 2500 offers two operational modes:

1. Automatic Mode (Front Pressure Plate): The safest method for large loads. The operator presses the pressure plate at the front of the skip against the edge of the target container. The lock is released contact-free, utilising the forklift’s power.

2. Manual Mode (Lever): A lever located at the rear of the base allows for manual release of the tipping mechanism, ideal for discharging material onto stockpiles.

Large-Scale Safety Systems

Transporting heavy loads with the TK 2000 is secured by a triple protection system:

• Fork Security Lock: A specialised safety foot on the left pocket permanently locks the container onto the forks, preventing any sliding—crucial given the high gross weight.

• Transport Lock: A rear-mounted locking mechanism prevents accidental tilting of the hopper during transit.
