Despite its small dimensions, the TK Mini 150 matches the durability of its larger counterparts. The container is engineered for longevity and total containment:

• Solid Materials: The hopper is made from 2mm steel plate, while the base—which bears the most stress—is crafted from 3mm steel.

• Leak-Proof Design: Double-sided welding ensures the tank is fully sealed. This makes the skip perfect for collecting swarf with coolants, wet waste, or small parts without the risk of leaks on the workshop floor.

• Structural Bracing: Multiple additional reinforcements guarantee the container maintains its shape even under intensive use.

Dual Discharge System – Convenience & Safety

The TK Mini 150 offers operational flexibility through two emptying methods, boosting internal logistics efficiency:

Automatic Discharge (Hands-free)

Using the front pressure plate, the operator can empty the skip without leaving the forklift. Simply press the plate against the edge of a larger container to release the lock.

Manual Discharge (Cable-ready)

The lock can also be released via the rear lever. This can be operated directly from the ground or remotely from the forklift cab by attaching a steel cable to the lever handle, allowing for safe emptying even at high elevations.
